In Stellar Blade, your ability to survive the Naytiba depends on how often you can use EVE's powerful Beta Skills. To do this, you must track down Beta Cores, which are permanent upgrades used to expand your maximum Beta Energy.
For every three cores you find, your Beta Gauge increases, allowing you to chain together more Shock, Slash, and Burst attacks in combat.
There are 19 Beta Cores hidden throughout the world, typically found on the remains of fallen Angels scattered across the various regions. To reach maximum capacity and unlock the Beta Preparation trophy, you will need to check both the linear levels and the expansive open-world zones.
You should prioritize these early, as several cores are located in "one-time" story areas like Matrix 11 and Spire 4. If you miss them before the late-game "points of no return," you will be forced to wait until a New Game+ run to finish your collection.
Finding these cores often requires attention for environmental puzzles or hidden paths found away from the main objective marker. In open regions like the Wasteland and the Great Desert, you should use your drone's scan function frequently to highlight the white outlines of the fallen Angels.
Remember that while your Energy will cap out after 15 cores, collecting all 19 is important if you want to make sure EVE is at her absolute peak before the final boss encounters.
The following guide provides the exact locations of every Beta Core. You can use the links in the table to access our interactive Stellar Blade maps.
